Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ernest Hill Machine Co., Inc., was established in 1955 and Incororated in 1960 and strives to build long term realtionships with our customers by providing personal service.To this day, after 63 years,we are still providing quality parts with on time deliveries to our Original Custom. Yet another customer for 29 years and a third for over 19 years. We feel this says we must be doing something right. We are a small manufacturing facility with a bank of modern CNC Mills with a maximum capacity of 36" x 24" x 18" and CNC Lathes with a maximum capacity of 30" x 60" between center. Additionally, we have manual lathes, mills, grinders, B&S Automatics and an Inspection Room complete with a Cordax CMM, J L Optical Comparitor, Verniers, Micrometers, thread gauges and calibrated gauge blocks to provide customers with quality. Whether its a single part or large production run. We manufacture custom parts, complete assemblies and for one customer build an entire machine from the ground up.

We provide parts to the DOD and have seveal DOD Awards, Bronzs, Silver and Gold. Additionally,

we are JCP registered.
