Located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, EBway is a metal stamping manufacturing company with other services including tumble deburring, wire EDM, CNC machining, EDM drilling, stress relieving, and assembly. All of EBway's dies are manufactured and serviced in house. We specialize in GRIPflow stampings. GRIPflow is an economic alternative to fine blanking that provides fully sheared smooth edges with no die break for the entire thickness of the part. The advantage of GRIPflow over fine blanking is it can produce the same quality part as a fine blanking die but the tooling cost is between 30%-60% less while using the highest quality tool steels. The GRIPflow stamping method allows EBway to stamp a lot of features in the press that traditional stamping and even fine blanking would have to perform a secondary operation to. Another important feature of GRIPflow is the lack of a V ring which allows us to stamp parts with a smaller pitch. This key feature allows us to use less material than fine blanking which transitions into massive cost savings for the customer. We can produce dies with multiple cavities for larger production runs which transitions to a reduced piece price. At EBway there is no quantity too big or too small that we will not quote and execute with the highest quality.
