Although some work is sent to outside vendors, Agile Technology has the ability to perform much prototyping and assembly work on site. In particular, they utilize an Objet 3-D Printer, two CNC mills, a CNC plasma cutter, and a manual lathe for prototyping. Agile Technology also provides electronics assembly (both through hole and SMT) as required for prototypes.

Capital Bending LLC offers compression bending for small O.D. tubing 1/8"to ½" in diameter. We also have a full CNC capabilities for 1/4" to 1/2" diameter tubing. Our in house tooling capabilities for non-standard radii allow quick turnaround for R D parts. We are also capable of rotary draw bending for tubing up to 2" O.D.
