Batten Products Inc is a small, highly focused, contract manufacturing and engineering services company. We specialize in short run contract manufacturing, rapid prototypes, and product design and development. We are experts in 3 axis CNC routing and millwork. We can cut and carve a variety of materials including wood, engineered materials, plastics, and non-ferrous metals. We can assist with product design and 3D computerized modeling. We utilize a wide range of CAD/CAM software including SolidWorks, Autocad, ArtcamPro, Rhinocerous, and others. Our owner is a degreed Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of electro/mechanical product design experience in a large corporate environment. Over the years his innovative solutions have earned him 8 US patents. Our "real" product is SERVICE. Perhaps you are not sure what you need or how to get it. We will be glad to offer suggestions and advise even before accepting a contract. If your project is not right for us, we will refer you to an appropriate source. We can take a partially completed design or incomplete product specification and work with you to meet your objectives.
