Wheelabrator’s Contract Manufacturing Service (WCMS) operation is a full service machining and fabrication facility dedicated to producing products to the highest quality standard at competitive prices. We work with a range of materials to include, but not limited to, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and manganese steel. WCMS Machine Shop has a full complement of CNC machining centers, lathes and mills, horizontal boring mill, vertical turning mill, and backed up by manual lathes, mills, and drills. WCMS Fabrication Shop has a full complement of equipment for plasma or oxy-fuel burning, sawing, bending, punching, rolling, drilling, welding, blast cleaning, and painting. WCMS operates within a 135,000 sq ft facility with overhead crane lifting capacity up to 30 tons, and 33ft ceiling under hook. In addition to services and capabilities already mentioned, WCMS has a wide range of Wheelabrator shot blast machines on site with the capability to clean a variety of products in either small or large batches.
