Versatool and Die Machining and Engineering, Inc. is owned and operated by Donald Baker, consists of approximately 25,000 square feet of building space. VersaTool began business in the 1940's, incorporated in the 1960's. The 30 employees are skilled and experienced machinists, assemblers, tool and die makers and die design engineers with Autocad 2005, Die maker, Gibbs cam, and Visi software. We work with a wide variety of materials including tool steels, alluminum, stainless steels, castings, copper, brass and plastics. The wide variety of equipment and experienced staff makes VersaTool & Die a versatile shop capable of handling a wide array of machining aspects from progressive dies, fixtures to precision machining of of custom parts using state of the art technology. We realize the importance of our customer's due dates, with documented on-time delivery performance of 450 jobs at 99.9% during 2006 as well as, the importance of producing quality components (certified 6 sigma black belt) from start to finish we meet our customer's specifications.
