UDS is a global company and maintains two product divisions. Contract Stampings are manufactured to service a variety of industries including electronics, motor, battery, lawn and garden, and government. Transfer Belts are produced to serve the Can Industry. Total Concept allows Universal Die & Stampings to provide everything from your design needs to complete Die and Tooling builds to production to secondary operations along with extraordinary customer support and service all in house. UDS manufactures medium to high volume runs in a variety of metals. We also provide prototyping runs of any volume to allow you to work with the product prior to a full order. For the product that requires secondary operations, UDS offers Deburring and Cleaning. UDS also contracts out with qualified subcontractors for secondary operations such as Heat Treating and Plating. Our services allow us to take on these additional processes for you. Tooling Guarantee: All Dies and Tooling are covered with our Tooling Guarantee. We build our Dies and Tooling with strong standards and quality to allow us to ensure labor, repairs, routine maintenance and protective storage for the life of the program.
