CNC Milling and Lathe Our CNC department offers the following capacity: 3 Axis Bar Capacity 2.5" Chucking capacity 10" Swiss type CNC lathe 3/4" Secondary Operations Certain components require secondary operation machining to be cost effective. Our department of conventional equipment such as Lathes, Drilling and Milling machines, provides us the flexibility to find the best and most efficient solutions. (We use reliablie certified local sources for: Heat treating, hardening, plating, chemical finish, metallurgical testing.) QUALITY CONTROL The manufacturing process for quality products requires the input of our engineering and techincal personnel. As design characteristics play a major role in production and related costs, Swissway Machining actively works with customers to assist in design, special fictures, and new manufacturing processes for continuous improvement.
