Manufacturing at SDP has a state-of-the-art machine shop with two 5 axis Okuma MU-500 mills, two Okuma B-400 turn mill centers, one DMG/mori CTX Gamma 3000 turn mill center, one Mega Bore SA45/21” two axis turn center, and one Okuma B-750 turn mill center for large capacity multi-axis machining. With high speed machining and multi axis capabilities manufacturing can produce prototypes, production runs, intricate machined parts with high quality and speed for our customer’s needs.
