We are dedicated to providing premium quality automation systems, machining services, water-jet cutting, engineering and other services. Stellar Technologies Inc. has a manufacturing facility of over 12,000 square feet to provide equipment layout, fabrication, welding, precision machining, assembly, debug of tooling and custom automation. We use journeyman toolmakers, electricians and assemblers. We incorporate the latest technology while maintaining our old style craftsmanship. Our craftsmen use cutoff saws, band saws, shears, grinders, gang drills, drilling centers, tapping centers and (8) Bridgeport Milling Centers with 2-axis and 3-axis programmable capability to produce your equipment to the engineered specifications. Stellar Technologies Inc. manufactures and integrates a large array of equipment types including the following samples: Pick and place machines for assembly of parts, including screw driving machines, stud and nut driving machines, sonic and vibration welding, and hole punching and drilling. We also manufacture degaters, degating and detabbing machines for painted and chrome parts, metal and plastic clip placement machines, machines to snap inner and outer grilles to surrounds, heated brass insert machines, gimp wetout machines, e-clip and spring placement machines, and machined nests which include poured urethane and poured ciba nests. Stellar Technologies Inc. was founded in 1994 by Bob Wargel, President/Owner. Bob has been building automation and tooling for nearly (40) years, and our shop currently employs seventeen engineers and operators. We have experience with design and building of robotic work cells, all types of pneumatic or hydraulic controlled actuators, along with PLC programming. Our manufacturing facility has over (12,000) square feet to provide engineering, equipment layout and production floor space. We provide precision machining services; as well as, welding, fabrication, assembly, water-jet cutting, and robot and vision systems programming.
