RFL is well equipped with an advanced technology to handle work related to FORGINGS, HEAT TREATMENT, MACHINING, TOOLING and TESTING with work size from 0.25 kg. to 100 kgs. in closed die forging and 0.25kg. to 500 kgs in open forging.

RFL is a closely held limited company promoted by Mehta group and Kanungo group. Mr. Babulal Mehta, the Managing Director of the Company is very experienced industrialist adept in manufacturing and trading of forgings and forged flanges. Mr.Om Prakash Kanungo, a qualified Chartered Accountant, is the head of Kanungo group having vast experience in trading & import of Ferro alloys, metals & scrap. The above promoters are ably assisted by a team of professionals having expertise in manufacturing, sourcing, developing and marketing of quality goods and service.

RFL has the aspiration of becoming No 1 Exporter of quality forgings and flanges with its imbibed attitude of pursuing EXCELLENCE.We at RFL are very quality conscious and everyone associated with the company from chairman to helper chant the “Quality Mantra” all the time. All materials are procured with manufacturer’s Test Certificate and are meticulously tested at factory to confirm chemical and metallurgical properties including hardness.

We are well aware of the use of our components by our clients and are very critical of their operational performance therefore we observe strict quality control measures at every level of production. We have a documentation system to record the history of each product, right from details of raw material along with test reports, manufacturer’s Test Certificate, Independent agency test certificates till dispatches of finished products.

We have fully equipped chemical/metallurgical testing laboratory for carrying out the quantitative analysis of common elements such as carbon, silicon, manganese etc. We are also very well equipped to carry out physical tests such as impact test, crack detection test etc.

RFL has quality assurance department which takes care of all the quality requirements of our esteemed customers who repose full trust and faith on us. We have already implemented a quality management system in accordance with ISO : 9001-2000 as per certification body of TUV South Asia Pvt Ltd. RFL has quality accreditations of ISO 9001-2000 and PED-AD-2000-WO. RFL believe in improvement and innovation on an ongoing basis and will soon initiate action for accreditation of TQM.
