Precision Wire EDM, Inc. specializes on 2, 3 and 4 axis machining. We also provide production wire EDM machining. We have the capability to work with all materials that are conductive. These include steel, copper, brass, tungsten carbide, aluminum and graphite. We primarily serve the tool and die industry, and have been incorporated since November, 1998. We run a Fanuc alpha0C AWF submerged electrical discharge machine, and can hold tolerances in the range of + or - .0002 in. We will take on jobs from 1 piece to 1000’s. The owner does all inspection, and guarantees to deliver jobs within the tolerances demanded by my customers. CMM inspection reports are available upon request. We have customers that have been doing business with us for the entire time we’ve have been in business. They would be happy to be used as references. We would like to establish a relationship with new customers that is mutually beneficial. We want to serve our customers in a way that makes them want to use Precision Wire EDM for all their CNC Wire cut needs. We do all programming with Esprit from DP Technology.
