Over the last 25 years, Pierson Industries has developed into a major supplier of High-Quality injection molded parts with the ability to design and build our own molds using State-of-the-Art CNC equipment CAD/CAM technology. Upon your approval models are built, product drawing developed, molds designed, and built, and finally, molded parts are decorated, assembled, and packaged. Lead times on molds range (4) to (10) weeks depending upon the complexity of the parts. Our 75,000 sq. ft. facility with (22) injection molding machines ranging from 60 Ton to 725 Tons operate (24) hours per day (6) days a week. Our molding machines are equipped with fully automated robotics which provide the maximum in production, quality handling of parts, and cost efficiency.
