Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC is a dynamic Atlanta-based company that has focused on the production of sheet metal and rod products for various industries since 1986. To continue to improve upon quality and consistency, we continue to add new capabilities which include larger presses, laser cutting machines, robotic welders, cold-heading equipment and highly automated equipment for the production of bent bolts. Phoenix Stamping's Capabilities Stamping At Phoenix Stamping, we have over 90 presses. These multiple presses give us the redundancy and flexibility in our manufacturing process to insure we have the capacity and capabilities to exceed our customers' expectations. We have up to 500 ton capacity and can decoil and stamp up to 3/8" thick material. Laser Cutting Phoenix Stamping has recognized a need for better solutions on fabricated parts and therefore we have invested in two (2) lasers. This gives us the capacity to cut up to 7/8" thick material on 60" x 120" sheets of steel. This gives us the ability to produce multiple parts for our customers where tooling is not practical either due to price or volume. Robotic Welding Phoenix Stamping continues to improve its manufacturing processes and capabilities through the addition of multiple (4) robotic welding stations. The benefits for our customers from the use of robotic welding are reduction on price, consistency of quality welds, repeatability and greater production output. U-Bolts Bent Bolts Phoenix Stamping recently added the ability to produce bent bolts, including u-bolts, to complement our other product offerings to enable our customers to take full advantage of our ever expanding breadth of products. We currently have the capability of producing up to 1 ¼" diameter bolts in various material grades. Tube Bending Phoenix Stamping's expanding range of capabilities includes our CNC tube bending. We offer various bent tube products and are able to bend tubing up to 2" diameter by 20 foot lengths. Cold Heading Phoenix Stamping recently expanded our manufacturing capabilities with the addition of cold-headed products. The integration of the cold heading process centers primarily around the ability to produce rivets for our internal consumption within our other product lines. Cold heading is a cold forging process which increases all or part of the cross-sectional area of the metal stock eliminating unnecessary waste.
