Perma-Brass went above and beyond for us, great guys to work with. Parts came out phenomenal and arrived on time. Would not hesitate to recommend as we will be using them from now on.

Shop has no skills and/or proper equipment to machine complicated parts requiring at least 4-axis (preferably 5 axis) mill center. We ordered 54 parts; after breaking a lot of bits they miraculously made 1 piece, but then again started breaking bits and gave up. We significantly simplified design by eliminating few essential features, so we could have something to complete our project in time. Shop was capable to make simplified parts but some of them had undercuts because apparently this shop cannot properly maintain the reference point. They were dishonest in communication at first and for one week they were promising to ship parts same day or at latest next day, and only after being one week late they finally sad true and acknowledged the problem with part manufacturing. I cannot believe that this is an ISO certified shop - some parts were shipped not deburred. Shipments came without packing list.

They helped us out of a bind and were able to quote fast and deliver product in a timely fashion.. Will look to use them again in the future.

Incomplete blueprint information was supplied to Vendor. Once straightened out parts were supplied satisfactory.
