Meta Tec is located about 30 miles north of Peoria in Lacon, IL. Founded in 1988 as a precision machine shop by David Suffern, Meta Tec originally specialized in machining of aluminum and iron castings. Products produced when the company started included aerospace components as well as hydraulic transmission and pump bodies. As the company grew so did the size of the parts and the machines producing them. About Us Meta Tec has many years of experience in producing large piece parts such as off-road equipment frames attachments which makes them a desirable candidate for any project. Along with Meta Tec's continued production of large off road equipment frames and attachments their focus has been shifted to supplying the wind power sector. With the growing demand of wind power the team at Meta Tec has shown interest in supplying large housing products to the various wind power manufactures.
