Manufacturing Technology and Services LLC, provides manufacturing processes such as: CNC and conventional Turning, CNC and conventional Milling, Surface and Cylindrical Grinding, Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) and CNC Swiss Screw Machining up to 1 1/4" diameter. We machine components of all types of materials and have extensive knowledge in machining exotic alloys, including titanium, nickel alloys, stainless steel, and hundreds of others. We can also assist customers by providing tooling, fixtures and die work as well as design and consulting in all areas of manufacturing. We concentrate in technical machining contracts as a job shop for the medical, aerospace, defense, automotive and other industries. Although Manufacturing Technology and Services is a fairly new business, we have over 75 years of high tech manufacturing experience. Our shop practices quality methods based on the guidelines of most quality control programs such as ISO 9001, utilizing SPC documentation, PPAP, FMEA, and procedures. This knowledge assists Manufacturing Technology and Services in providing quality, cost effective products.
