About

Luckytek is a design, development, construction and engineering company established by a group of former employees of the Aguna firm, which produced and delivered precise tools for the production in the mother Swiss firm Montres Tudor SA. Throughout almost six years of our working in Aguna we built on the green meadow at the Brno industrial zone the system of low volume, precise CNC production running in the GDT tollerances of thousands of millimeters, which was synchronized by the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) covering the module APS (Advanced Production Scheduling) enabling the Promise to Order Manufacturing. Using those experiences, we are offering our customers proffesional services in all design and developments stages of the new product (PLM Product Lifecycle Management): Product Concept Product 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) Product 3D Vizualisation Product Engineering Product Injection Molds and Tools Design and Development Product 2D Drawings Product Materials Selection Product Rapid Prototyping Further on we manage a low volume as well as the high volume JIT and Promise to Order Production and Delivery of the products following our resources (3D models, 2D drawings, debugged NC programs) using our Adaptive Supply Chain of certified, in major cases Czech producers which are coordinated using the unique MES (Manufacturing Execution System), which ensures to our customers that the products are delivered right on the requested time and in requested price.
