Please allow us to introduce JBMS. We are a general off-load machine shop specializing in spindle work, turning and milling. We pride ourselves in our high quality, quick turnaround, competitive pricing and hands-on service with our customers. Our company started in a small garage like barn in 1968 and moved to a larger facility in 2001. We employ 8 machinists, a shop floor manager, a quality control manager, a quality control administrator who deburs, polishes, packages and inspects and an office administrator. We run our shop with a management team which includes the Shop Floor Manager, QC Manager and two of the three owners. Our CNC machine centers have a capacity up to 20x17x40 inches and five lathes with turning capabilities of 6x12 inches. All of our machines are equipped with computer aided drawing and manufacturing systems with instant file storage and retrieval. We have both manual and NC vertical mills, manual turning machines from small turret lathes to a 20x60 inch engine lathe and a fully equipped repair department that has its own turning, milling, grinding, boring and welding equipment.
