Milling J&W boost Cincinnati Arrow 750's with Achromatic 2100PC based controls. These vertical 3 axis mills, with 4th axis capacities, can fabricate a wide range of parts while holding Aerospace tolerances. With 6,000-RPM spindles, 20 inch of "Z" travel and 20.5 X 37.5 inch tables we can handle your large parts. Programming We use the latest version of Feature Cam software. Our programmers are continuously being trained on the latest software techniques allowing us to produce detailed prints of your proto type's quotes and fabrication. This program also ensures the most efficient C.N.C. programming. Precision Cutting Three different styles of precision saws are available. We can hold tolerances of +/- 0.005 when cutting your parts on our auto chop Saw. Our horizontal Band saw can cut stock up to 19" wide and for longer volume cutting we use our 20" CDT chop saw. Forming and Stamping A number of presses from 5 ton Denison Hydraulic press to a 60 ton Version break press gives us many options when fabricating you parts. Lathe Rockwell 14" metal cutting lathe. Finishing Tumbler and ball burnishing in house all other finishes available. Welding Ultrasonic Plastic assembly Gas tungsten (tig) 1-Hobart Syncrowave 250 amp./line cooler. 1-Hobart maga Mig 300 amp. with Hobart 2400 wire drive. 1-Millermatic 150 amp internal wire drive.
