MACHINING CAPABILITIES

We machine products up to 11" in diameter on our lathes & up to 48” in length on our mills.  We are capable of holding .0002 tolerance. 

We do everything from reverse engineering to putting in the CAD files direct from the engineer. Our system reads virtually every CAD system out there. We have no problem importing drawings from the engineers (3D and SolidWorks). 

We machine many types of materials including:  stainless, brass/bronze, copper, plastic, aluminum, epoxy, Delrin, nylon, PVC, carbon fiber, etc.  We are setup with some of the top suppliers in the U.S.A. for materials.  

INSPECTION

We provide first article inspection, material certs (on request), inspection sheets, part identification and traceability, engraving....whatever your requirements. 

SHIPPING CAPABILITIES

We have the facilities/capabilities to ship via Freight (UPS, FedEx, R&L, Old Dominion, XPO, etc).
