HTT, Inc.

428 Cleveland Street, Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, 53085, United States

About

HTT is a full service metal stamping facility offering all services required to take a metal part from concept to a production stamping. The services offered include: prototype manufacturing, tool design, tool building, and medium to high volume production metal stampings. Our engineering department has over 20 years of experience between two designers. Our main area of expertise is in progressive metal stamping dies. We also have extensive knowledge of inline plastic extrusion trim and cutoff dies, compound die cast trim dies, and thermal form molds. We have been using CadKey 99 for the past eight years and we currently use SolidWorks 2007.Our History:HTT, Inc. (originally High Tech Tool & Die, Inc. of Waldo) was established in July 1985 by a three man partnership. By 1988, the workforce had increased from the original five employees to eight, and sales had reached $500,000 per year. The next four years saw many changes. The design was updated with Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and HTT had its first production job (grinding ceramic bars). It was becoming apparent that production stampings were the next step, but the Waldo location lacked room for expansion. In 1992 HTT moved its operation to its present location at 428 Cleveland Street in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. The 10,000 sq. ft building allowed HTT to become a full service operation: engineering, manufacturing, wire EDM, heat treating, assembly, inspection, and production of parts. The company now had eighteen employees and sales of $1,000,000 annually.During the next four years Computer Aided Manufacturing was implemented, a machining center was added, and the first steps toward a registered quality program (QS9000) were initiated. The workforce increased to 26 employees and sales reached almost $2,000,000 annually. Production stampings still seemed to be the best business opportunity. In 1996, HTT purchased the adjoining property, and a 11,000 sq. ft addition was added to the existing building. Three punch presses were also purchased at this time. The new addition plus a storage building on the new property brought the total square footage to 27,000.Since 1996, a third wire EDM and a second machining center have been acquired. The most recent addition to HTT's equipment had been a water jet machine.HTT Inc. was certified QS-9000 in September 2001 and was certified ISO 9001:2000 in October 2006. An additional 18,000 square feet was added on in 2007 and also the addition of five (5) straight side punch presses. (Two (2) 400 Ton presses, two (2) 300 Ton presses and one (1) 260 Ton press) We believe that this aggressive approach to manufacturing and our quality system not only shows our commitment, but also to the continued success of our customers. We realize that full service, quality oriented, pro-active partners are the basis of success.Steve VollmerEngineerPhone: 920-467-0599 Ext.313Fax: 920-467-8203Email: svollmer@htt-inc.comSteve DannSales ManagerPhone: 920-467-0599 Ext.323Fax: 920-467-8203Email: sdann@htt-inc.com
