Global Parts Aero Manufacturing Inc. (GPAM) can meet your needs. By combining experienced craftsmen with the latest in high-end machining capabilities we are a "small shop" with really "big shop" capabilities. GPAM is one of the few precision machining facilities in the country to boast a state-of-the-art Makino MAG1 5-axis horizontal machining center available for one-off prototyping and high-productivity machining of complex components for aerospace, automotive, marine and other tight tolerance industries. The Okuma Millac 1000VH 5-axis machining centers allow the production of complex, multi-face parts in one set up, improving accuracy and reducing overall cycle time. This machine is dedicated to machining exotic metals such as steel and titanium and gives GPAM the ability to manufacture high precision complex parts. Complementing the MAG 1 and Okuma is a full suite of CNC milling capabilities including, Haas UMC-750, full 5-axis and Haas VF-4SS, 4th and 5th axis wired machines. Quality and safety are paramount, and through critical inspection equipment including an Aberlink Zenith Too with an axis travel of x=1,000mm, y=2000mm, z=600mm, and a 4-foot Romer Arm accuracies can be ensured at the highest level. When it comes to machining, GPAM specializes in working with aerospace-grade, hard and exotic metals including titanium, magnesium, tool steel and stainless steel. We're also experienced in machining soft metals and other materials including aluminum, copper, plastic, phenolic, vinyl and others. Of course you can't save time or money if you waste materials. Our engineers use the latest in pre-production machine simulation software including Vericut Programming Perfection Software, Mastercam CAD/CAM and DISCUS software to ensure raw material waste is minimal while adhering to lean manufacturing standards. Programs such as these help reduce the development time for a first article by days, while improving short- and long-run production efficiency.
