Form-Tech originated in Medicine Hat in 1992 and has grown over the years to become Southern Alberta's most diversified one-stop machining and fabrication shop. We currently have 40,000 sq ft of shop space to accommodate all of your needs. Having the ability to offer a wide array of services including, cutting, machining, welding, bending and powder coating. We strive to keep up with today's ever changing technology to offer our customers the best product and pricing possible.

At Form-Tech we work with a wide array of materials, as we can weld or machine anything you send our way. We also stock many materials stainless steel 18ga to 3/8'', in aluminum 16ga to 1/2'', in mild steel 18ga to 3'' and various materials and sizes in bar and tubing stock.

Recently Form-Tech has partnered with Atlantis Research Labs. This partnership has brought on the PureJet incinerator product line. We currently employ 20 staff ranging from labourers, draftsmen, machinists, bending techs, coaters, and welders. Our shop is CWB Certified. We pride ourselves on safety, quality, and our capabilities allowing us to provide the best possible product to our customers in a timely manner.
