Five Star Associates, Inc. is a manufacturing firm that provides high precision machining and assembly services to meet our customers exact needs. We are classified as a Small Business.

We perform Build to Print work directly to your prints and exactly to your specifications. In addition to commercial and industrial customers, we provide services for a number of military prime contractors as well as work directly for the US Military.

Our new facility is 30,000 square feet, divided into Machine Shop, Stockroom, Electronics Assembly area and Front Office.

We have been located here in Eastern Pennsylvania since 2000. We are located within driving distance of New York City and Philadelphia. We are close to major highways RT-80 and RT-78.

Our clients include; ITT Corp, Cubic Corporation, L-3 Communications, Triton Services, General Dynamics, and the US Military.

We are ISO 9001:2008 and MIL-I-45208A complaint.

All of our assemblers are Certified to IPC-A-610 ""Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies"".
