During this period, we also develope our capability in designing of high speed progressive stamping dies for connector and leadframe industry. So far, we have designed and built numerous such dies for our customers as well as for own inhouse consumption. This area we are strong as we have many experience machinists as well as precision CNC machinery as support. We have the capability to machine parts to 2 microns accuracy. STAMPING - providing stamping service to our customer in the area of high speed precision stamping. We have experience in stamping IC leadframe, connector products etc. DESIGN - we have the experience and capability in designing high speed carbide progressive tooling for the leadframe and connector industries. Dies like PDIP, QSOP, IDF, Heat Sink, Bandolier Tool, Compression Contact tool etc are all been designed, built and use for inhouse production.
