Dickman Enterprises Inc. has been in operation since 1979, with a total of 42 years experience as a machinist/owner/operator. We like small parts!! We also like short to medium run production!! Dickman specializes in quality and quick turnaround for happy clients that have returned again and again, some for 20 years. We have produced parts for the medical industry (small parts for dialysis machines, blood pumps, etc.) to high-end quality parts for top end mountain bikes. The materials that we use range from aluminum to stainless steel, with brass, plastics, and all types of ferrous materials in the middle. Currently we are producing parts for the wheelchair industry and high tolerance parts for the oil industry. Our main machines are a CNC machining center, and several high speed CNC lathes. We use GibbsCam to accomplish the task of programming. Many opportunities have come our way to take a client's design or existing part and either make it as is or change it to better suit the customer and application. Many times the customers' part can be modified to take advantage of a reduced cost method or process making the production more efficient and often yielding a better part. We prefer to have long term relationships with our customers to better serve their needs. Quite often we will stock parts that are ordered on a regular basis so the customer does not have to panic in case of an unexpected surge in business.
