Over our illustrious tenure as a premier Die Caster, we have served the Home Improvement and various Manufacturing industries. Our specialty is Zinc Die Casting. We also offer secondary operations of light Assembly and Die and Mold Making Naturally Zinc is our core material but we also have experience with Steel. Located in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 4,100 sq. ft of work space. Our equipment includes Casting Machines, CNC Milling EDM Lathe and Surface Grinders. We use VX CadCam, AutoCad and Alibre Design. We can also do Subtractive prototyping. We can hold tolerances to +/- 0.005 on orders from 500 pieces to 10,000 pieces for Die Cast components.
