CVT was founded in 1973 as a tool and die company, specializing in the manufacture of injection molds.The company grew steadily and in 1994 purchased a long established custom injection molding company. Cvt now offers custom molding in presses from 10 ton to 300 ton, both horizontal and vertical. We are experienced processing virtually all resins, both commodity and engineering grades. Our abilities range from single cavity short run prototype molds up to high capitation hot runner tooling. No project is too big or too small. CVT also has in house 3D mold and part design to quickly bring your product from concept to completion. Cvt has not forgotten it's roots as a mold making facility, we still maintain a fully equipped toolroom to handle new mold builds as well as repairs and maintenance. This combination of design, mold making and molding allows us to meet all your requirements in house. This single source responsibility allows us much better cost control and eliminates the need for you to work with multiple vendors.
