Capitol Stampings was established in Milwaukee Wisconsin in 1945 and continues today within a modern 181,000 square foot facility. We have punch presses from 60 to 1000 tons. Our capabilities include robotic and resistance welding, automated fastening systems, split steel technology, powder paint and in house assembly. We have number of tooling options available including progressive, transfer, compound blank, and low cost tool options for higher tonnage jobs. Beyond metal stamping we manufacture a wide variety of pulleys, sheaves, gears and sprockets for the lawn and garden, agricultural and health care industries. We have abundant tooling available for idler pulleys, stamped gears, stamped sprockets, and split steel pulleys. Our markets also include computer, construction equipment, water purification, hand tools, power transmission and others.
