CA Machine Company is a precision screw machine and CNC turned parts production source for the sensor, valve, bearing, and automotive and other markets. Diameters of 12 mm to 57 mm (½ to 2¼ inch) are produced; diameters larger and smaller depend on part requirements and geometry. Steel, stainless steel and aluminum parts are produced; we have particular concentration on stainless steels and high specification alloys/types such as Inconel®, A286, 52100, 4140, Monel®, Hastelloy® and others. Processes such as hard-turning and turn-to-finish are well implemented. On-time delivery programs (KANBAN, Ship From Stock) are supported. We are ISO 9001:2008 registered.
