The Machine shop layout has been designed to suit both the line concept for mass production as well as batch production. BNR offers an array of CNC Turning Centres, Single Multi-spindle Automatics, CNC Sliding-head Screw Machines. CNC Vertical Machining Centres with 4 axis and Pallet changer facilities along with the latest control systems for production jobs, dies moulds. Automatic Chuckers for Machining of Ferrous Non-ferrous casting make up the sophisticated machine shop facility. All these are in addition to various supporting machinery. Looking ahead BNR is actively pursuing diversification through developing in-house capabilities for non-ferrous gravity die castings. PRODUCT RANGE The varied range of products manufactured by the BNR Group caters to a wide spectrum of Industries like Automobile, Aircraft, Pumps, Valves, Machine Tool, Defence, Power Tool, Electrical, Earth Moving Equipment, Food Packing and Healthcare. Element Plungers, Roller Tappet Body, Cap Nuts, Banjo Connecting Pipes, Pulleys, Single Cylinder Pump Housing etc., are mass produced on Single Multi-spindle Automatics and Automatic Chucker Machines for use in Fuel Injection Pumps, Starters, Wiper Motors, Engines… for the automobile industry. Machined parts like Volute Bodies, Impellers, Manifolds, Pump Shafts, Drive Shafts, Pump Bodies, Pump Pulleys… used in Industrial Pumps and Valve Industries. BNR has supplied Direct Drive Robotics to the Ministry of Defence, Government of India; CNC Wood Turning Machines, sophisticated components, sub-assemblies assemblies manufactured to exacting customer's specification have been exported to technologically advanced markets like USA. TOOL ROOM Keeping pace with the advancement of technology is the Tool Room at BNR - one of the most modern and sophisticated in Bangalore that also offers in-house designing facilities. Vertical and Horizontal Jig Boring and Grinding supported by hi-tech Welding round up the comprehensive tool room facilities. All these provide customized end products like Miniature and Mammoth Jigs Fixtures, Conveyor Systems, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs)... for several quality conscious customers in the domestic and international markets.
