Bison Tool and Machining

About

We are a US based tool and machining company, located in Moore, South Carolina, striving to help manufacturing companies compete in the US market. We understand the challenges in the industry and provide a personal approach that will help you succeed.

We help you..

Save time- We have a streamlined process which allows us to reduce lead time and deliver about 30% faster than industry average. A project manager is assigned to each job and manages it from order entry to delivery, providing you with reports and weekly updates.

Provide Quality Assurance – All of our products are inspected at our facility prior to being delivered to our customers. Any defects or warranty repairs are addressed quickly as we work with a network of local repair shops.

Manage Logistics- We have knowledgeable coordinators who manage both domestic and international shipments, working with freight forwarders to deliver to door, hassle free.

Above and beyond

You will work with a local project manager who will be available to answer any questions during your business hours. Our project managers are also available for site visits.

We have after hours support available in case of emergencies. A representative will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to avoid down time.
