Autonamic Corporation is a manufacturer of quality automatic screw machine products since 1965, serving O.E.M. customers in the areas of commercial / industrial / automotive hardware, communications, controls, custom fasteners, electronics, fire arms, hand tools, and office equipment. Autonamic Corporation is also a vendor to first and second tier plastic and rubber molders which supply the automotive industry. We have served some of these customers for over 30 years. Autonamic Corporation manufactures in a new 16,000 sq ft facility centrally located between Chicago, IL, Rockford, IL, and Milwaukee, WI, operating over 30 multiple and single spindle automatics with a capacity of 3/32” to 1 ¼” diameter up to approx. 3” long, depending on your designed part requirements We can machine round, hexagon, square and cold drawn special shaped bars from a variety of materials such as carbon or alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum alloys. Although many parts can be machined complete in one operation utilizing our wide variety of machine attachments, we also offer secondary operations such as broaching, drilling and countersink deburring, as well as heat treating, trivalent zinc plating, nickel plating, and black oxide finish. Autonamic Corporation’s commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement is founded on ISO standards, and is moving toward certification. Computerized estimating provides accurate quotations. Certified electronic digital scales provide accurate counts. Computerized due date tracking provides on time deliveries. All parts receive a first quality assurance inspection prior to production and daily audits of all production. First piece layout and inspection reports, material, heat treating, and plating certifications are available upon request, as are P.P.A.P. and S.P.C.
