American Tool and Machining has been in the specialty machine building, jig and fixture building, and die building industry since 1976. Our primary specialty is special machine design and building that automates current operations used in machining, assembly, and inspection. We serve the Heat & Air, Automotive, Electrical, Industrial, Aerospace, and Consumer Goods industries. Located in Searcy, AR, we have the capabilities to machine all types of materials, such as Tool steels (A-2, D-2, S-7,H-13, 4140), mild steels (cold-rolled and hot-rolled), stainless steels, copper alloys (brass, bronze), aluminum, plastics, (nylon, delrin, UHMW). Our facility is divided into three sections: Wire EDM/CNC dept., manual machining/layout/assembly dept., and welding/grinding/fabrication dept.
