Trumpf 2030 C02 CNC laser with the following specs: o Table capacity of 60x121" sheet o Stainless Steel, up to 3/8" thick plate o Mild Steel, up to ½" thick plate o Aluminum, up to 7 gauge (3/16") thick sheet Anderson 60x144" EXXACT CNC Router for plastics fabrication gives us the capability to quickly and efficiently produce most plastic parts in-house. We can cut and shape materials as diverse as HDPE, UHMW-PE, Acetal and Polycarbonates, in thicknesses ranging from 1/16" to 1"+. HAAS TL-2 CNC Toolroom Lathe handles our most demanding machining needs. Multiple TIG and MIG welding stations, for stainless, mild steel and aluminum. If it needs to be cut, sheared, drilled, tapped, milled out, turned, chamfered, bent or otherwise manipulated to our omnipotent will, then by golly, we've got the tools to handle it. Finishing capabilities including polishing, sand-blasting, passivation and powder coating. Dedicated assembly and testing area - all projects are fully assembled, including servo components and pneumatics, and run off before tear-down and shipment. Factory Acceptance Testing is coordinated with our customers to ensure that any changes that come up during the FAT can be completed swiftly to ensure deadlines are met.
