A-CADCAM Engineering Services is a core engineering company located in Manisa, Turkey. It has been established in 2005 and since then serving in fields of engineering design, machining, part fabrication, jigfixture manufacturing, AL profile machiningforming, RIM mold manufacturing and conventional prototyping. In order to serve its customers PTC Creo and Unigraphics NX CAD/CAM softwares are being used within the company. PTC Creo is the backbone of its CAD/CAM capabilities with 3 licence seats including Complete Mold Design and NC milling packages. As manufacturing equipment 2 YCM Supermax vertical machining centers is being utilised. Workpieces up to 1500Kg in weight and with 1630x760x760mm maximum dimensions can be machined in single setup. Material range being machined varies between steel, aluminum, engineering plastics, ABS,PVC and PUREpoxy model boards.
