Abrasive Waterjet & CNC is an industrial and decorative machining and cutting job shop. Our specialty is performing ultra high precision CNC WaterJet cutting to +/- 0.0015 inch. Custom designed software combined with OEM motion control allows us to machine in 2-axis, 3-axis, and limited 5-axis. Taper control is standard at AWC. We also utilize machine vision for precision locating. Our WaterJet cutting area exceeds 4 feet X 8 feet with material thickness exceeding 5 inches. Additional capabilities include Hi-Speed (40K rpm) and 4-axis CNC milling. Conventional, turning and milling is also available. AWC has a full assortiment of 3D Solids CAD/CAM capabilities (such as IDEAS and SolidWorks). AWC has over 40 years in combined experience machining and designing advanced materials.
