In 2004 West Virginia Manufacturing Solutions was formed with one common objective in mind and that was to create a manufacturing company that could compete in today’s industrial marketplace with the paramount respect on behalf of industry requirements for “Quality manufactured goods Delivered on time”. Our company strives to meet or exceed our customer’s quality specifications and delivery forecasts on every order. Although we are not currently ISO 9000 certified we work to a Quality manual that was written to meet or exceed ISO 9000. We give a guarantee on all our components that we manufacture and work very diligently to preserve our rankings in Quality and Delivery.
Our market place at West Virginia Manufacturing Solutions covers many different areas of industry while maintaining the highest demands from each industry as separate origins. We are flexible enough to do work for an assembly of different types of industries as some are listed below:

Our capabilities range from small to large precision machined and fabricated components complete with heat treat, plating and coating capabilities. We machine and fabricate quantities from one part to thousands of pieces. Most of our machining is done in the South Charleston, WV. facility for now an all fabrication, plating and coatings are done in our Montgomery,WV. Facility. Once we get our Montgomery facility fully up and operational all phases of manufacturing will take place there.
Machining Capabilities: CNC horizontal mill, CNC Vertical mill, CNC Turning Center w/ Dual Turrets, CNC Lathe, CNC Knee Mill, 6 axis sidewinder CNC Milling machine with massive travels, precision grinding, form grinding OD Grinding, manual lathes, manual mills, Radial arm drill press, swiss turn, water jet, CO2 laser, 3 axis precision CNC lathe with sub spindle and live tools.
Fabrication Capabilities; Plasma cutter, MIG Welding, Stick welding , TIG Welding, Torch cutting, 60” Brake Press, Hydraulic press , Bending and assembly area.
Plating and Coating Processes; Hard Chrome Plating, Electroless Nickel Plating, Black oxide and Powder Coating
Heat Treat in house; Through hardening of tool steels and alloy steels, Induction Hardening, and flame hardening.
