We prefer to work with aluminum and plastics, but will work with stainless, aluminum, engineering plastics (g10, ultem 1000, ultem 2300, delrin, and steel, as well. We serve the computer, automotive, light industrial, and aircraft industries. We have one facility: Production shop: 1200 sq ft building with 1 Haas VF 1(20X16X20 xyz) CNC Mill, 1 Tree 325 Journeyman prototype mill, and a Do-All 13 inch manual lathe. We can hold tolerances to +/- .0003, and our ideal run quantity is 20-500 pieces. For programming we use Mastercam X which is extremely compatible with your Autocad(dxf,dwg) and Solidworks(sldprt, sldasm) files.
