Carbi-Tech, Inc. is a precision tooling manufacturer. We pride ourselves in providing customers with high speed and high volume precision fine blanking, traditional stamping, and forming tools. Materials to be stamped may vary from electrical contact material of copper and coated bronze to stainless steel. We have experience with material thickness ranging from .002” (imperial) to .062” (imperial). Some of the markets we proudly serve are medical, automotive, and home care products. Our capabilities include design and construction of precision carbide or steel, high speed dies, as well as stamping capabilities up to 800 strokes per minute via 36” X 30” bed, 60 ton Bruderer high-speed precision press. We are prepared to assist with your project from prototype to full production stage utilizing our in-house design, build, and run capabilities. Tooling designs may incorporate single station forming and blanking and multi-out parts, with possible option changes for various configurations that similar parts may require. We also offer the capability of stamping loose parts or reel-to-reel parts depending upon customer requirements and needs. High-speed stamping permits our customers to obtain intricate or specialized parts produced in larger quantities at a low piece-part price, rather than the high labor costs to produce individually. We utilize quick die change designs and processes where possible, to minimize cost and maximize productivity. Carbi-Tech, Inc. also offers customers solutions for die design, construction, and first-run article for their internal needs. Our die concept is to minimize the internal maintenance cost by providing our customers with quick and repeatable interchangeability of die wear components. We maintain electronic archives of all components for future replacement or modifications, as needed. Carbi-Tech will provide our customers with the necessary personnel to assist with set up and instruction to run and maintain the tooling.
