Hartford Machining and Repair is a small machine shop located in upstate New York. The business was started in 1987 by current owner Brian Jones, who has 28 years of maching experience to offer. Originally a part-time operation, the shop has been running full-time for the past thirteen years turning out parts for the medical, paper, and injection molding industries, just to name a few.

Brian and his part-time staff have worked extensively with various plastics, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, tool steels, and some metal alloys. Hartford Machining and Repair houses a Fadal 4020 VMC, 2 Bridgeport mills, a small Clausing lathe, a 17X54 LeBlond Lathe, a Brown and Sharpe Surface Grinder, a Powermatic band saw, and a small Keller cut-off saw.
