Central Screw Products, an ISO Certified company, specializing in production of precision machined components, prototypes, and has international production capabilities as well. Central Screw Products operates a machining facility in Detroit using flexible automation for low, mid, and high volume programs. Our process based approach allows us to work closely and effectively with our customers and their engineering teams in the design and prototype process, and become an invaluable asset when the product moves to production.
All of our jobs are processed with responsiveness, on time delivery, cost, and quality in mind. We utilize our expertise to keep operations to a minimum (reducing the potential for errors). We have installed flexible automation and robot based loading on our machines (lathes, mills, and multi-tasking equipment) in order to provide both short and long term solutions to our customers.
Our international manufacturing capabilities are offered to all our customers as well. The majority of our current business is driven from domestic machining production, but international production is an option based on each individual program. We have been operating internationally since 2002 and deliver world class quality products using this global model.
