We produce castings to meet market needs in the following segments: Hydraulic Pneumatic Components Electrical Equipment Diesel Engine Components Agricultural Equipment Pumps, Compressors, Valves Transmissions Hoisting Equipment Automotive Transportation Industry We have a fully equipped in-house pattern shop with CNC capability to produce your wood, plastic or metal patterns. Our modern, automatic core making equipment in shell, air set and Isocure process provide a variety of core design options to meet your most challenging requirements. Our Hunter automatic molding machines, large Cope Drag floor and Hall tilt-pour permanent mold equipment provide the necessary molding capacity to cast all of your aluminum needs. To finish your orders we have multiple automatic and hand grinding finishing tools, complete in-house Heat Treat capability, and a continuous feed, variable speed, Shot Blast machine. Our in-process quality checks RID degassing systems, metallurgical analysis capability, and strict adherence to part specific process controls further enhance the production of premium quality aluminum castings.

A robotic panel bender, high speed Trumpf and Mitsubishi lasers, Virtek scanner, robotic welder, and Strippit and Parma turret presses are available 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. We still believe in hands-on craftsmanship, so we also use dozens of press brakes, mig and tig welders, hardware insertion machines, and various surface finishing processes.
