Warehouse  with office space of 1,500 sq. ft.  There are few manufacturing facilities that have our broad range of machinery.  Our  4 and 6 spindle machining centers give our company the competitive edge over the rest of our industry for the manufacturing of larger or smaller parts produced from hog-outs, and forgings at competitive prices. We have major capabilities in CNC (3, 4, and 5 axis), profiling, vertical milling, horizontal milling, boring, turning, and sawing. Norfil has developed expertise in the manufacturing of challenging parts.  We have years of experience machining many different type of metals. We do not hesitate to work with inconnel (718, 625), monel, titanium (6AL-4V,  6-2-2-2-2, and 10-2-3), steel and carbon alloys (4340, 4330, 17-4, 300M, 15-5, 13-8), and aluminum alloys. nThe size range of parts is up to 60” x 144”.  We are experienced in the manufacturing of complex parts with MDI, MDD, and lofted surfaces. We have full inspection capabilities including, state of the art fully automated Mitutoyo CMM (inspection software PCDIMS), with travels of 63” in X, 36” in Y, and 23” in Z.  Our inspectors are certified annually for Rockwell hardness testing and Eddy Current testing. nNorfil utilizes Surf Cam and Catia V4 and V5 for all of our programming needs. along with programming from customer furnished data packages.
