H & M Machine Service is a woman-owned business that was founded in 1968. Currently, Sandra Loness Cammarata serves as President. Sandra’s sister, Michelle Loness Cook is Vice President. While Scott Cammarata, husband to Sandra, has the role of Director of Operations.

We have the ability to run from 500 to 4,000,000 pieces. Our capacity ranges from 1/8” to 3 1/2” diameter. H & M is a multi-spindle ACME Gridley, Davenport, CNC and Brown & Sharp job shop. We have a combined experience of over 150 years in the field. Our knowledgeable staff will efficiently produce quality products.

The change in machining technology from our founding in 1958 to today is astounding. As we have continued, since our inception, to supply our staff and our shop with state-of the art machines and technologies available. Our shop features the latest and most advanced examples of this evolving technology. Such as the use of highly technological CAD-CAM programming soft wares such as Mastercam and Solidworks. We can rapidly convert your files with the extensive data translators. CNC Machine Centers, CNC Lathes, CNC Punch Presses and CNC Press Brakes are all used to create machined parts and components of the highest quality and to the most precise specifications. Because we are a full service precision machining facility, we employ a complete manual machine shop for the economical production of prototypes, replacement parts, mold repair and customized special machines. Our machinist takes great pride in their demonstrated ability to establish and hold the most exacting measurements. Our Inspection Department features two Coordinate Measuring Machines which use PC Dimas soft ware to assure our ability to establish and hold exact dimensions. This department not only serves us in house but also provides service to our customers’ inspection needs. Designs For Tomorrow, Inc. has taken the word “tomorrow” very seriously by investing in the most advanced equipment, and we have assembled and trained a team of highly professional employees. Most of our staff has a technical education and they begin their careers at DFT, Inc. at the apprentice level. Once becoming fully qualified machinists, each is supported through continued education and training to maintain critical skills and accuracy as machining technology evolves.
