In our machine shop, we can produce single piece precision prototype parts on our versatile CNC/manual lathe or mills. We can also run high volume orders on our fully automatic CNC machines. We have extensive experience machining many types of materials including but not limited to many grades of plastics and components, aluminum, copper, brass, carbon steel, tool steel, and stainless steel. CNC Vertical Machining Centers capacity up to 64” x 32” x 20”. CNC Turning Center capabilities include handling stock up to 17” in length and a 14” diameter, as well as a 2” diameter bar feeder. We fabricate a multitude of products in a variety of sizes ranging from large hydraulic filter presses and structural components for conveyor systems to small brackets attached to car bodies as they go down the assembly line. We specialize in high-pressure pipe system manifolds and fittings used in paint, sealer, and glue systems. We have a certified welding procedure in place and we’re proud of our staff of 5-G certified welders.
