Aero Composites has been machining parts since 1981. With 3 machining centers—2 Okumas and 1 Milltronics, we have the capacity to run 24-7 if required. Every part that is machined is processed through the shop and every step of the machining process is saved for future reference. We build numerous components for the Naval Research Laboratory for their prototype airplane division and Finder missile program, including the Dragoneye Helicopter program. We have done extensive fixture and piece work for many companies including Honda of America and Copeland Inc. We have manufactured cores and cavities for thermoform tools for the food industry, and we build many components for surgical trays for Optical surgery. We also supply the automotive industry with components for brake systems. We work with steel, brass, aluminum and Ren board. We closely follow ISO standards, and all parts are 100% checked before being cleared for production. Inspection reports are available upon request. We are planning for our next 25 years in business, and are dedicated to meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations. We provide on time delivery, and have helped many customers by being there to pick up the pieces of a project gone bad from other suppliers. We are happy to provide references upon request.
