- MIG and TIG welding
For more than 60 years, Roy Manufacturing has focused on one thing: providing high-quality perforated metals and materials at reasonable prices. All of our work is completed in-house, and we use materials made in the USA whenever possible. We provide small-business service at big-business scale.
Focus on ramping reps faster, centralizing all the content used in the sales process, and tracking the results.
Centralize all your deal-closing content. Enable the team to share, track, and get notified when prospects have viewed assets. Get the reporting you need to understand what content is being shared and viewed, so you can address the gaps and celebrate the wins.
Personalize sales by enabling reps to spin up site pages in minutes for your campaigns or channel sales.
Maine Parts & Machine is a Precision Production Machine Shop that specializes in complete unattended machining of bar stock to completed parts. We have a total of 34 CNC pieces of machinery, 13 of which have both turning and milling capabilities. We can hold as many as 36 milling tools on a single lathe with 10 programmable axes.
Maine Parts and Machine was bought by current President Bill Kelton in 1985. Bill is joined by his wife Deborah Kelton who serves as Treasurer and son Josh Kelton who serves as Vice President. The Kelton family takes pride in continuing to grow the company as well as employing over thirty employees.
Our 18,500 square foot facility is conveniently located in Portland, Maine and houses over thirty CNC machines. In July 2012 our management team decided to expand our facility to allow for future growth of the company. The new 4,500 square foot expansion helped to better optimize the workflow of the facility and allowed for more room for new machinery.
The expansion also allowed for a second inspection room. In our new inspection room is where our Zeiss coordinate measurement machine is operated, completely isolated from the shop floor in a stable environment to ensure precise measurements.
