JAD Products is a prototype, and low to mid volume production machine shop. We have CNC milling and turning capability from 2 to 4 axis work. Able to work from prints submitted electronically and from solid models. A few of our customers send us solid models of their assemblies and have us create the prints and provide recommendations on materials and part tolerancing. We also provide them with design modification suggestions for reducing manufacturing costs and improving product performance. We build sub-assemblies for some customers from the parts that we machine for insuring correct fits and performance before shipping. We provide labeling and packaging services for parts that we machine. JAD also provides custom tool, fixture and machine design and build services on projects typically in the $250k range or less. All of our designs are ergonomically reviewed before build and are revised until approved by Humantech Inc. (a world leader in ergonomic consulting). Humantech performs a physical review after the equipment is completed. We are a sinngle source provider of custom ergonomic solutions for Humantech and its customers.
